Offering features that are only found on higher end kits, the Mapex Tornado 2" Fusion kit boast tom mounts that are fitted with ball and socket joints, providing you the player with flexible and reliable placement, while the retractable bass drum spurs offer ease of transport and storage.
If you're worried about the noise that the drums will make in your house, then you should consider buying a set of silencer pads. These are just foam rubber pads that lay on top of each drum (& and are available for cymbals too). These massively reduce the noise of the drums (although not entirely!) and keep the stick response fairly similar. You just take them off when you want to play loud - no glue, it's easy!
