Privacy Policy

At James Music, we’re committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers, and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

This Privacy Policy, along with the Terms and Conditions, is also applicable to any Personal Information which is given by You to Us by post, fax, telephone, mobile messaging, face-to-face, social media or any other channel.

Use of personal information

We collect information through enquiry, registration, newsletter subscription, order forms and social media competitions. We process personal information for the purposes of:

  • processing any orders you may have made
  • running competitions
  • providing you with information about products and services we offer
  • to contact you about leaving a review on a product once your order has been completed
